Rubric:

1) Identify at least 5 drive-thru, fast-food restaurants, their processes, systems and sub-systems.

2) Provide at least 40 properly formatted requirements for the process/systems/sub-systems. Requirements are measurable and provide a detailed statement of what must/should/can be done.

3) Paper should be at least 10 pages in length, double-spaced. The cover page and reference page are not included in the page count.
