  • 15% discount can be availed on books, stationary, records, household goods, clocks, toys, linen, sports good and furnishings.
  • 20% woould be given for clothing, fabrics, costume jewelery, purses, belts and scarves.

    Offering such discounts store would save $19,024 because now the 25% and 331/3% discounts have been abolished because the excutives and buyers will now purchases at an average of 15 percent. iN this way the new program would save some money for the company in future. I want to make another thing clear that few of the executives will show their concerns about equal discount policy for the employees as they want that the greatest responsilities enjoyed the greatest discount and would not want that the savings from this program should not come out of their pockets, but I want to make it clear that the store’s management and significant rise it is necessary that we should made some savings to entertain further departments with in the store.

Weymouth incorporates 20 different pay grades and workforce reductions would take place proportionally across the board. Salaried employees would be eligible for termination payment, pay for unused vacation time, and insurance coverage one month after the being laid off.
